Hopefully we can figure out a type of society that will make everyone's lives better without any sort of exploiter-exploited dynamic but that's probably not going to happen. The best most of us can do is try and make our lives better for ourselves and our families. And if we're wage-slaves to try and work our way into a better socio-economic position.
