Lots of asbestos here as well. It just isn't a problem when it's well encapsulated. No idea what the situation is in Eastern Europe, but not putting this beyond Zoomer crap.

Asbestos isn’t even a problem. It caused a huge hysteria because the guys handling the stuff all day every day for decades got cancer from breathing in the fiber that filled the air during demolition. Just normal asbestos being around is benign and even breathing in the fiber acutely here and there is not particularly dangerous.
