I'll remember to remind you if you're still in /ישר/ a year from now when side effects come out but it's mostly just cardiac issues right now but it probably won't be a scandal like rosiglitazone or rantidine or something. Even if it does have significant side effects it's still better than how badly obesity fucks your health so it's worth it imo
