For Americans I think you could remove Sweden, Poland, Afghanistan, Vietnam, Venezuela, South Africa, Saudi Arabia and Haiti. The average American going about his week might never think of any of these. Vietnam *maybe* gets brought up, but that's only in the context of the war. It's not like the average American has any actual clue what it's like there. Most don't even watch war movies anymore which is the only place you'd get a grasp of it.
