I eat twice a day. But some snacks here and there, most of the time it's fruit, cheese, yogurt or ice cream

i eat 5 times a day

No beverages other than water, milk and coffee
No white rice, white bread or non-whole grain pasta
No fizzy or energy drinks
No cake, ice cream, chocolate, donuts and the like
No pizza or any kind of street food
No pre-cooked meals of deep fried foodstuffs
No ketchup, mayonnaise or dressings
As little cold cuts as possible
As little nuts as possible
No eating before 07:00 or after 21:00

When I traveled I didn't get screamed at to go upstairs and only ate twice a day and felt my anxiety leave my body steadily. I even started doing my bed on my own and continuing with my own projects without need of reminders by anyone.

There's something psychologically grating about living with your mother in your 20s, that grinds both of your self esteems even if you have a job

I realized it very early but my parents kept force feeding me
