Sure.
I went to hs with a really fat girl, nicest chick out there and had lot of nerdy interests. After hs she started working out and lost basically half her body weight. She moved to Japan to study and then came back and hooked up with some guy, I think they're engaged now. Good for her honestly, she lost her father early on so it's nice seeing good things happen to her.

Another girl from my class was a butterface, but as she grew up she started looking way better. Switched from glasses to contacts and now she's really attractive. I still hang out with her every now and then and apparently a lot of her coworkers makes moves at her, both male and female. She's kind of bitchy and has extremely high standards though.

my friend was a chubby person with glasses and was kind of known as a nerdy person but he grew taller and developed a strong jawline and facial skeletal structure and he gymaxxed also. he ascended to being a high tier normie

then he became big on instagram and various women messaged him to get with him
