It's mostly overblown and the math support it. There's de-legitimization and dehumanization campaign by NGOs and the UN who change the definition of their own rules just to fit the Gaza situation, For example "Famine", If there was an actual famine in Gaza 400 would die every day, amounting for north of 50K deaths since the beginning of 2025, But Hamas, Literal terrorist organization with incentive to pump up the numbers, Don't even claim more than 200 deaths from malnutrition since Oct 7 2023, Numbers which are standard for war and def not anywhere near "famine". There's hunger is parts of the strip, Mostly in Hamas controlled areas because distribution is a challenge due to looting from Hamas/Gangs, The UN complicity in the Hamas narrative (Like refusing to distribute the aid to deeper parts of the strip because they got butthurt by the GHF initiative) and lack of domestic body within Gaza to help the process.
Everything with Israel in question is always overblown, filled with tons of propaganda, lies and agendas, That's the dynamic people have to keep that in mind but sadly many are either too young to know or demoralised to care for the truth.
