i'm not a fan of japanese food (it's too bland and sweet) but italian cuisine would be british cuisine tier without tons of cheese? it's not even that good with cheese desu, i personally prefer spanish cuisine bc it's more sophisticated and garlicky. french cuisine is the worst among the brown european cunts for having too much dairy products and meat

We laugh when these gaijins are raving "Thai food yummy!" "Korean instant noodles yummy!" when it's just Ajinomoto's MSG doing its job.

The cope is even funnier when they are saying like "i-it's savory, bro." "i-it's just MSG, bro."

The "yummy taste" was discovered and defined by Japanese man, even the idea of "Umami boost" itself was created by Japanese man, and the rest of the world is coping forever with it. kek

Umami and Savory are different. Umami is a specific taste, recognized as the fifth basic taste (after sweet, bitter, salty, and sour), this Umami is what gives food its satisfying taste. Japanese man defined Umami, its concept previously unknown in the west. Japan introduced the key element to world cuisine and gastronomy.

Sushi is a masterpiece of culinary achievement.

- Developed fishery: Japan’s fishery techniques are highly advanced to sustainably harvest top-quality fish.
- Sophisticated supply chain: Ensuring freshness requires a seamless cold chain from catching to market to plate.
- Advanced freezing technology: Flash freezing at ultra-low temps preserves texture and flavor, especially for premium fish like bluefin tuna.
- High-level hygiene: The standards for Sushi preparation ensure safety while highlighting the natural flavors.
- Authentic taste: Shoyu amplifies Umami, deepening the taste experience.

Japan’s role in elevating Bluefin Tuna to luxury status is remarkable, turning a wild fish into an iconic delicacy. The story with Atlantic salmon is fascinating too. Norway voluntarily providing one of Europe’s best Salmon varieties enriched Japanese Sushi culture even more.

It’s amazing how something that looks so simple actually relies on centuries of refinement. Japan’s achievement with Sushi is something to be proud of.
