The pickers are only allowed to scan on 40 minutes before the run time starts. Good luck finding a picker when your out in 25 and they are doing a dozen other jobs before they can scan you on. No paperwork, we dont get a run sheet anymore. Instead of getting 6 minutes per drop the times are all fucked up. I did one that took 30 minutes the other day, the run time gave me 4 minutes. Supposedly it will update and use AI to improve but I think thats just the rubbish Asda tell us. I dunno if I can do it justice to explain it, but as I said the fundamentals of the job are still the same. Its just Asda fucking around and being incompetent. Not having a run sheet is actually the worst thing. Loading extras is a cunt.

Brutal. I never thought about how the human side of the job could make it so rough. I get deliveries a lot. I just have the bloke pop it down on my doorstep and I fill my big shopping bags as quick as I can so he can get going. Are there any tips for making these guys jobs a bit easier?
