Pest, just like dogs and rats that they left in front of my house just because it's the last house in the hood next to the jungle. that's why I keep rat poisoned food next to the gate as I don't keep any pests in my house.

I see. I think she's a stray so it would make sense she could have some skin condition. I haven't seen her scratching much, looked more like regular grooming.
Anyways here's another picture of her. She's pretty and nice to me (even though she won't take my food). I wish I could have a cat.

I thought so, but she looks healthy and well-fed so maybe it's not a stray after all. No collar and her ears are a bit chewed up however. People give her plenty of food it seems from the empty tuna cans laying around where she likes to hang out.
I tried giving her some piece if chicken twice on different occasions. She sniffed it but didn't eat it. I've only cared for my sister's cat for a little while so I'm not an expert at figuring them out. I assume she's just not used to cooked chicken and doesn't know it's food? Seems unlikely but who knows.

I've seen that many cats with darker coats have ears that look like that, I would say to not worry too much if you don't see fleas or some sort of infection. Might be just thinner hair 'cause it's near the inner ear.
She looks extremely healthy in my opinion, what a pretty girl.
Some cats like mine aren't into cooked meat, they prefer it raw. Some don't like tuna that much, some don't like chicken that much, their taste varies.

There’s this stray cat that’s often by my stairs in Ramallah. Lives alone on the ground floor so she keeps slipping near my place. Kinda wanna keep her, but vet costs scare me.
