Honestly, the key, at least in America, is to be outside your home and not on your phone as much as possible. Chatting people up via cold approach does work if you do it enough and you know are good looking, charismatic, a conversationalist, etc. but since most guys aren’t the better thing to do is just to have an active social and hobby life. You need to first of all be living in a city where there are single young women and importantly, young men.
