Concerta/ritalin is different than Adderall but I haven't researched it more, ritalin seems to be a mix of a few amphetamine types while Adderall is straight amphetamine

I am waiting for meth to give it a try in low doses and some MDMA, ketamine and 3mmc but the letters haven't landed because our postal service sucks, you could look on the onions if you want to find shit

And to answer your answer, pregabalin works great for socialising and you can get it without a prescription but it hasn't done wonders for me because I am undiagnosed autist
