Which language is goofier: German or Dutch?

Definitely Dutch. I was there recently and me and my friend had to stop ourselves from laughing when hearing Dutch people speak to one another. Each time we'd thought we'd heard the weirdest possible sound or intonation, they'd concoct another. Incredible. I love the Dutch.
