israel is the only first world country which helps the philippines in a low price, your country also makes weapons, boats and even drones here.

This was a ship that was ordered to monitor wartime activity and then it was accidentally hit.
afterwards, Israeli forces arrived and rescued those on the ship. the Israeli government saw it as a tragedy, apologized, and to this day pays compensation to the victims and their families.
this wasn't a declaration of war, it was a mistake in the chaotic situation of war.
