Same. The only things that help are long walks without electronics, sunlight first thing in the AM, rinsing my sinuses before bed, and taking melatonin as soon as the sun goes down. Even then, I’m talking like a 10% improvement. When I got rid of the electronics completely it was like an 30% improvement.
