As they're mostly regional to Cusco, though Inti Raymi is more widespread (more so in rurals), with local variants of the Winter Solstice under different names and even slightly different dates, such as the Aymara New Year in Bolivia.
This is because the Inca celebrations were based on astronomical observations and seasonal climate patterns, their calendar wasn't as accurate and so wasn't as strictly fixed in advance as Old World ones or the Mesoamerican Long Count.
For example, the city of Cusco, it is known that the Incas used 14 towers on the surrounding hills to track the sun’s movement and mark the year festivities, it was completely destroyed but some towers in other towns still stand, and the same the same system was discovered perfectly preserved in the far older Chankillo towers on the Peruvian coast.
