they don’t mean much*
As they're mostly regional to Cusco, though Inti Raymi is more widespread (more so in rurals), with local variants under different names and even slightly different dates, such as the Aymara New Year in Bolivia.
This is because the Inca celebrations were based on astronomical observations and seasonal climate patterns, their calendar wasn't as accurate and so wasn't as strictly fixed in advance as Old World ones or the Mesoamerican Long Count.
For example, the city of Cusco, it is known that the Incas used 14 towers on the surrounding hills to track the sun’s movement and mark the year festivities, it was completely destroyed but some towers in other towns still stand, and the same the same system was discovered perfectly preserved in the far older Chankillo towers on the Peruvian coast.

Why aren't Peru and Bolivia making bajillions putting seal of quality, copyrights, advertisement and such on their endless varities of potatoes with various colors and shapes and selling them to the west branded as superfood or luxury rare goods?
Legit question, it would take a bunch of incfluencers or stars to shill its business and trend like with quinoa and cocoa.

Also, because the empire was so large and extended vertically, even partially into the northern hemisphere, and because of the sharp contrasts in climate and seasonal patterns, for example, the very important Inca celebration of Situa was tied to the beginning of the rainy season. Thus, it was held at the end of August or early September in Cusco, but in Quito it would have been different, around October.
Or for instance, even today Peruvians often say that while in the highlands it’s “winter,” on the coast it’s “summer” and vice versa (though in reality the normal seasons don’t really exist here). This was recorded by early colonial Spaniards as well, and surely it was also noted in Inca times.
