Nope Toubib (طبيب) literally just means doctor in Arabic. This isn't exclusive to Maghrebi Arabic, (it really isn't the same language as the Arabic gulfies speak but that's another story) all Arabic dialects and even MSA use the word Toubib as the main word to indicate "doctor".
