Their country has dozens of ethnic groups and is very unevely developed, with the most developed region close to Europe
This creates the ideological need for a racial hierarchization that rationalizes & justifies the developmental uneveness & the exploitation carried out by the owning classes
However, one thing that can be said is that Russia, unlike the West, went through a proletariat revolution & also suffered from nazism, this creates a perticular mentality in their population that makes them more prone to aligning themselves with the third world
