Even middling quality beef can be literally inedible. I try to go carnivore and I started to eat grilled chicken and pork instead of beef because it's rubber-tier here.

It's arguably the most flavorful type of meat, but I like savory foods in general so I'm biased.
It also has a nice crispy texture and you can't go wrong with salt + fat, it's delicious.
