No, not in Sweden.
Renting is cheap enough that the only thing really stopping some people from moving out is the housing queue (which isn't a problem if you actually signed up in them ahead of time).
Living with your parents beyond 20 here is basically social suicide and not really possible anyway if you want to get educated since most unis are located in specific campus towns/cities.
