Any urbanist who focuses more on perfection and transit rather than practical infill development should be ignored.

I live like 10 mins away from where that self driving Uber killed someone in Phoenix so he's already said plenty about it

Yeah but I agree with him. Those self driving Waymos are always just driving around empty and taking up space on the road. One of them constantly parks outside my neighborhood and just sits their waiting for people to call it.

Anyone who has ever lived in Amsterdam or Holland in general knows exactly how clueless this guy is or maybe he is consciously making propaganda. He keeps making videos about the city center where there are more tourists than locals. Almere (a city next door, since locals have been being pushed out of the center like in every major city) has a 8 to 14 lane highway connecting it to Amsterdam. There is also a fully grade separated urban highway in the city. He keeps making those videos in the tourist zone even though most people commute by car

I don't give a fuck, I want them to replace personal car ownership eventually so we can reduce traffic accidents, eliminate parking lots and improve transit agencies finances by allowing them to eliminate low ridership bus routes.

Very walkable and bikable, lots of rural trails.
Pleasant weather 9 months a year.
Poor air quality though.
