A doctor told men to see a dietician which is when I ghosted her. I'm obese class 1 (5,10" 230 ) and 29. I'm fat because I live with my obese parents and have little control over my food. I lose weight in university and gained it all back because of Mom. How dare you treat me like some retard who can't count calories.

Used to be fat as a teenager, was on summer break and we had to moved to a comfy new islet with good nature. I would just take our dog on a 2 hour walk everyday and listen to music, was peak comfy. At the end of summer I still thought I was fat untill I randomly checked my BMI and realised I was no underweight which came as a shock to me. Was a skeleton for a while until I started lifting. Im still not sure how I did it since I used to stuff my face with garbage but now I get full just by looking at food and have to forcefeed myself to try and gain muscle. I dont think I will ever forget that moment
