Nothing much. Random daydreaming, being zoned out, naked ladies, food and more zoning out.

when i read the text of your post i read the words and concepts directly i dont 'imagine a voice'. i can do it while imagining a voice but it feels like a waste/needless.

sometimes when i read books and there's a dramatic/important part i read the dialog with an internal voice because its easier to imagine the scene/characters that way.
Anonymous Poland No.214569516 [Report] >>214569697
>>214569403
of course i read your posts the same way i was meming
>i read the dialog with an internal voice (etc)
here u go, u got this. but some people dont

thinking about how u cant do this just break my mind, some people literally are empty

it's just a quirk of early childhood development, maybe it's related to how you are taught to read. in early childhood you are taught spoken language and are taught written language by translating it to spoken language in your head for some people this 'middle' step goes away and for others it stays. maybe it's about neuroplasticity how easy it is for the brain to make new connections vs rely on established ones.

in AI/machine learning its called exploration vs exploitation. if your brain knows how to do something will it keep doing it that way or try to find better/faster ways, this changes with age and at older ages its harder to change things in the brain while it's easy for a kid

why did my brain decided to have a random background music/song playing then?
its currently playing let it happen by tame impala which I haven't heard for a month & I can't make it stop lmao
is this early schizophrenia?

idk man im just saying the way people think, even the most basic forms of simple ideas like 'i gotta go pee' are very different from person to person. some think with more visual imagery, some think by translating it to spoken language in their head, some think directly in abstractions/ideas

I can turn my thoughts into narration and dialogue, back and forth, images, whatever but my default mode feels like abstract concepts tied to spoken words, basically it's like your brain changing chemistry slightly to give a brain-only feeling, I can't really explain it to someone who doesn't think that way.
Maybe if I changed to constant dialogue I would be able to articulate things more clearly.

I have an internal monologue, can envision extreme 3D detail in my mind, all of the tests.
However, I can think of something and not have any language or visual in my mind. Usually, this would be the fastest method of thinking about something: an abstract “construct” of the thing where you know what you’re thinking about but language or visual hasn’t been applied yet.
Imagine that a computer program renders a visual scene in real time from instructions. The construct is the “instruction” that has been loaded before everything else.

If you can only think in text check yourself for autism
Normies think in videos playing in their heads
Ideally you should be able to video edit in your head and also have internal dialogues
Monologuing all the time means you're undersocialized and your brain is working overtime making up for not talking to real people

If you close your eyes, and conceptualize being in a different universe doing different things, does it vizualize in your brain?
I have the voice and I think everybody does too they just dont understand what having the voice mean, are you seriously telling me you cannot hear yourself think?

Did you even read his post, he literally says he can hear the voice if he wants to but it's a waste of time.
And 2-3 others said the same thing.
Why would you waste time narrating everything when you have the capability of associating information to various size information blocks which fire up neuron pathways for known concepts instantly?

I read the post I just made a different inquiry regarding visualizing and day dreaming stuff as I wanted to know how others do it.
Its not narrating everything, its when you have free time and you just let your brain relax and visualize other stuff, I then make the characters have voices and shit.

Yeah, you're right, you were talking in the context of reading books, I didn't bother going back all the way in the reply chain.

i do have something in my head when i conceptualize being in a different universe and doing different things but it is not like a 2D field of view (like my regular eye vision) it's more abstract in a sense. for example regular eye vision is a 2D projection of a 3d world outside but i feel like when i imagines situations i imagine them in 3d directly, if i imagine myself standing in a room eating an apple for example there isnt any part of my hidden/occluded behind any other part because there is no 'behind'. i can imagine 2d projections and i usually do when thinking of movies or games for example but when im not explicitly trying to imagine in 2d i imagine in 3d.

iirc this wasnt always like this and it changed over the years which made me kinda realize even the most basic concepts/thoughts are drastically different from one person to another
