>2 owners/bosses
>one ran the show, other one was more in the background doing customer relations and no one really knows, he just wasnt into the daily operation of the business
>guy who ran the show realised he was getting old and not up to the task, hired a woman to help him
>she was good, like really she was
>he then get cancer and die after a period of a few years where he was in an out of work
>said woman ran the show in his name while he was ill, we got good numbers in that period
>eventually he died and she was given his job title of ceo
>other owner suddenly panics, ohmg whats going on with my business?
>who is this woman?
>fire her and retake control of his business
>only he is 75 years old by now and got absolutely no clue about anything
>run the shitshow bankrupt in a year

they get a decent retirement bonus if they keep working after 65 so some choose to keep working after 65, but i assume most dont
The base retirement in spain is already extremelly decent compared to regular spanish wages, the best retirements relative to wages in any country of Europe for all i know
