That is not a lot of money for two years unless you are ok with spending all of your money. PH is cheap but not ideal. I would recommend Vietnam. Cheap, safe (besides traffic), good food and stuff to do.

Your budget will limit you unless you just exist to eat food and sleep. Cambodia, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Colombia, anywhere in sub-Saharan Africa (high chance of getting robbed if you keep it as cash and flaunt it), maybe Eastern Europe. Idk though you wouldn't be able to live anywhere that long without a visa anyways unless you're in a shithole that doesn't enforce their laws. You're fucked. Give up. There's no point in trying.
