Can anyone explain why bagged milk is such a big deal between the United States and Canada? I can’t believe that something as simple as bagged milk versus cartons is such an issue.

i imagine people who cook with it just measure the correct amount of powder and then mix it.
meanwhile in america there are people ive know who drink ridiculous amounts of milk and that is less easy to do with a bag then some jug you can swing around.
I remember in college the guy next to me had like 4 quarts of empty milk jugs lines up like beers

we have milk bags too, although nowadays cartons are becoming just as common
