This is literally just the video from the American news. Not the actual murder. As said above, it's impossible to see the murder anymore. If it happens, the transport company will have a big problem with the law or the police officer will lose his job. Usually these kinds of videos are known when they're not popular. Here, that's no longer the case, so everything is sealed.

The full video wasn't released is because any public official tangentially involved with this guy being on the street (DAs, judges, even the mayor) would get sacked or voted out of office ASAP. The perp's got a long history of crime and even without the full video you can tell it's completely unprovoked and extremely violent. A lot of cities around the country have liberal prosecution and sentencing policies that let people like this guy run around free, everyone knows it, and this guy's a perfect example of what that leads to.
