Notice how they randomly intimidate "vassals" of their empire from Europe (Greenland threats, Ukraine, back then Serbia, Germany)
To the middle east, asia and latin america randomly bombing them or intervening their governments, calling their leadership dictators and creating excuses to intervene their institutions, politics and markets
