And that money is also need for the bull farmer to maintain all their big ranchos (they are called "dehesas" and even ecologists have said that they are the BEST ecosystem in Europe for biodiversity and wild life because they thousands animals can breed without being hunted.

Spain has 50% of all the fauna and flora biodiversity of all of Europe combined and the dehesas play a big role too.
