I have met people here from all over ukraine even the west and yet everyone can speak russian. It was 18 year olds and even people from transcarpathia

This is an understatement. They are actively sacrificing their fathers and sons make make sure it dies out (even though it has the opposite effect and Russian-speaking Ukrainians switched to Ukrainian because of the war)
