We would have weird bulbous or block shaped heads from the Germans and Russians, weird skin tone from the mixture of Greeks with Russians, and weird shaped noses and toes from Greeks and unibrows from the Ordodox culture of Greeks and Russians while smelling like stale bread, vinegar, pickled fish and kvass
