Most of us will have to get some heart or cancer surgery in our country.
What do you think about that?

"Have to" is a bit of a stretch.
Even though I'd probably shit myself with fear and panic in the face of death, I also don't really have any reason to continue living, either. Prolonging my life is kind of pointless.

Speak for yourself, I'm never going back to another hospital. If I pass out on the job from cancer or whatever and I wake up in one I'm demanding they release me immediately without treatment. Cancer and/or heart disease is a sign from God the universe wants you dead and fighting it is pointless in light of that fact.

Nothing, in civilized countries you just get sedation and simply wake up when everything is done. Or you don't wake up at all and then it's the best scenario one can imagine.

I don't really care, I'm was fine with the idea of dying for a long time. Considering my own condition, I might have 20 years ahead of me, or 30 at best, and that is fine.
