I mean really, pretty much any institution (public or private) gets any kind of funding from any public (or private) organisation, they are forced to put the logo on any official document by said institution. If that school gets its funding from the Comunidad de Madrid, the EU and get extra funding because they are a bilingual school, they have to place those logos for each source of funding. Basically as if they were sponsors.
