Some countries are more beloved than others. Perú and Colombia are the most well liked I think, nobody dislikes Uruguay but they aren't very relevant, Chile gets respect for being the most developed Latinx country but they are generally considered weird.
Mexico and Argentina are the two extremes of Latinx culture (in many ways) so the countries more towards the middle tend to dislike both.

Brits don't feel at all attached to Americans, and Canadians are more an extension of US culture than ours, certainly by this point. There is a strong attachment to Aus/NZ (at least from our side), and Brits/Irish have a very similar culture. Of course a lot of Irish people hate Brits online, but I've never personally had any bad experiences with them either in Ireland or the UK. Nobody really thinks about South Africa, but white saffer culture is usually more Boer than Anglo.
