1/2 dl milk
5 tbsp breadcrumbs
500 g ground beef or mixed meat
1/2 yellow onion (peeled and grated)
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
butter
Mix milk and breadcrumbs. Let it swell for 10 minutes. Add minced meat, onion, egg, salt, pepper and sugar to the breadcrumb mixture. Work the minced meat together thoroughly.
Wet your hands with cold water and form meatballs. Fry a few at a time in a lot of butter, shaking the pan occasionally so that the meatballs roll around and stay round.
Serve with boiled potatoes, cream sauce and lingonberry jam.
Even a retard like me can cook it.
