NTA, but it's the opposite for me actually
when I was a teenager I thought high taxes on inheritance were big brained, but now that I'm older and considering having a kid, I want to make sure he has as many advantages as possible, even if he turns out to be a 75 IQ retard, I would want him to not have to worry too much about his finances, I want to set him and my potential grandchildren to be better off than other kids in their bracket
