I made it, usually whenever the temps fall this low the day itself at least feels warmer, very rarely such days aren't sunny. But again, temps below -20C are pretty rare in Latgale, let alone Riga.
On the flipside this winter was the warmest one we ever had I think. Someone can correct me of course, but I don't think temps ever really went below -10C even during nighttime. Basically an extender November and I really fucking hope it's not the new normal.
