Well it's partially because they trained us very poorly and also I'm good at test taking so on paper I'm far more qualified than I actually am in reality. But the bigger issue is the software we use internally is absolutely garbage and this company deserves class action lawsuits. Imagine needing to make a transaction for over a million dollars worth of assets and not knowing whether you have $300k or $1.8 million because the POS software is showing 2 different conflicting values depending on what screen you like at. It's absolutely unacceptable yet this sort of shit is nearly a weekly occurrence since I've worked here. God I fucking hate this place sometimes so much. Every time it's just this game of hot potato of everyone trying to throw responsibility somewhere else
