No. When we are born, the gender is recorded in our birth cert and also in our national ID number. The number is YYMMDD-state code-random 4 digits. The last 4 digits end with an odd number for males and even number for females. So, just looking at a person's ID number will tell you their gender. This ID number can never be changed for life.

What happens if a tranny who had changed all their legal documents in another country and presented these documents upon moving to Malaysia and becoming a new citizen of Malaysia? I'm pretty sure this would be the exception, where the tranny is given their current gender's even/odd.
