Literally just by being thin a young woman immediately puts herself in the top 10% of girls.
It's so bad that it's begun to affect my brain's perception of female attractiveness. Every now and then I'll see a girl who at first glance seems pretty, only to take a second glance and realize she has a hideously ugly face that my brain completely ignored becasue she was skinny. I don't even live in a state with high obesity rates. I'm in New York, the state with the 5th lowest obesity rate in the entire country.
And girls know how desirable being skinny makes them too, which inflates their self worth and impacts the type of men they're willing to date. Imagine if all you had to do as a man was simply not eat as much and maybe do some light cardio a few times a week to turn yourself from a 4/10 to a 9/10.

We're so fucked. I'm sure chubby chasers have the time of their lives living in America, but for us normal people it's hell.

The thing is, the bottom 75% of men was as well not even exist to the top 10% of women. You aren't competing with them, you're competing with all the other men who are taller, fitter, and better looking than you. So unless you somehow magically become 6 inches taller, start benching 300 for reps, and wake up with male model facial features, good luck dating a chubby 6/10 who's only going to get fatter while the top 10% of women gravitate towards the top 5% of men.

Think this is why dating was easier 50 years ago. Obesity or being chubby was a rarity .
Most people were fit to average and decently looking.
Fat ugly oeople don’t want to date other fat ugly people. That’s why there’s no dating, marriage and births in comparison to before.
Gen x was the last hot generation. Even millennials looked good until the hipster shit. Just compare high schoolers from 90s-00s to now . The average guy would be a chad . Hell the bullied kid might bully zoomers.

"Chubby" means a little bit of body fat, i.e. chub. It's that simple. Enough fat that the girl is no longer within the range of "skinny", but she also isn't a fatty. He body's muscle definition is no longer defined but she doesn't have fat spilling over the waist of her pants. She probably just doesn't exercise enough and doesn't really watch what she eats. That's chubby. And that's become an above-average body for women these days, something for women to strive for because standards are so fucked.

I would consider picrel to be the upper limits of chubby, bordering on fat.
