I think everyone can manage to look beautiful if styled just right. Some people do have deformities or conditions that make them look really odd, but there's still some beauty in grotesque things.
I personally love vitiligo. A beautiful condition that's often seen with shame.

People on ozempic look terrible and their skin starts sagging like crazy due to the extreme weight loss.
