There are plenty of parks.
Besides the neighborhood is always full of SOVL and there are nice little shops everywhere you can visit for coffee etc. at very reasonable prices.

It’s so true. When I visited Seoul, I was surprised they have a mountain people can hike in front of Seoul Station.

If you want to hike in Tokyo, you have to take 1 hour train or drive to go to Mt. Takao at least.
