It takes a burger to mention muslims when anything Spain related is mentioned.
As far as I am aware old Spanish allowed for literal phrases as names, from that it probably got shortened until you end with someone named Jesus.
Take Manuel Belgrano as an example:

Nibba just casually had "From the heart of Jesus" as a 4th name
