Translated literally it means "May you be well every year". I'm assuming it was Ramadan or something since all these guys are at the mosque.

Note: mosques aren't nearly this full on holidays in actually Islamic countries because 50%~ of people here just take the day off and spend it at home, they're probably at the mosque to flex how pious and observant of their religion's rules they are to the natives and to other Muslims.
