What is your countries native underclass like (as in not migrant ones)?
Ours seem to just but nutty sadists who get a kick out of making everyone around them miserable.

if given any opportunity to better themselves, even when its easy they will always refuse and then blame the upper classes

If given the opportunity to spite everyone else and themselves they'd do it every time

Its basically inevitable they will vote for Reform and Nigel will bring this country to the brink

not to different from yours, mostly poor or working class people migrating from other parts of the country to Buenos Aires, in the end, like with yours they ended up fusing with foreign inmigrants to develop a distinct culture and slang, most of them ended up fusing with the middle class while the underclass became more and more foreign and "provincial"

on a side note, the english "cockney" reminds me in a way to our "lunfardo"
