not really, in the US it's acceptable to have an undergraduate degree. it's the norm even

in europe you're barely even an "engineer" unless you're a graduate engineer (MSc)

Wtf does Chile need engineers for. What kind of projects do you have going on? People here also say being an engineer is ze best but we have too many engineers and a lot of them end up working jobs completely unrelated to being an engineer.
