In my culture, the eldest son looks after their ageing parents. I am the eldest son. It is my duty and I will not betray my papa and mama. I was there next to my papa when he let out his last breath. If I lived elsewhere, I would not have had the opportunity to say the very last goodbye. My children watches how I treat my parents. I hope in my own helpless old age, one of them will look after me.

Beat the shit out of them, told them that police will do nothing to me except maybe a few months in jail and when I get out they will regret ever being born. You have to be genuinely retarded to rent here (and I presume in other western countries) in the year of 2025. Standard rent for a tiny apartment in a provincial English city is 800-900. I'm saving well over 1000 a month all things considered by living with my parents

I think this trend has utterly reversed in recent years for northerners and yanks.
My mom wants me to live with her and my dad when my wife and I move back to my home country.

Humans evolved to live in tribes with big family units. A tribesman would move out at 18 if there was a disaster, not because he got tired of his parents, or his parents of him. I'm a waspX americanX, I moved out at 19. But when I ran out of money age 27 my parents gladly took me back in and we're very nonjudgemental. Now I'm living in my own house again but my family is still all in the same neighborhood. If my kids ever fall on hard times I'd be happy to do the same THANK U MAMA AND PAPA <3
