I chose a uni in a smaller town adjacent to my city and it's pretty chill. In contrast, my school buddy who went to some bigger uni with more publicity is boiling in hell on earth, so there's that.

Do you know the language or you're gonna figure things out some other way? I know there are africans and chinese people studying in russia who don't know the language, honestly no idea how that's even possible.
