What would happen if, hypothetically, we hanged all the oligarchs like French did in 1789 and like Russians did in 1917?

Hypothetically, what consequences would that have for the world economy, hypothetically speaking?

The control of the wealth would either be taken over by new oligarchs who may or may not be as competent at distributing it. I assume in your leftie vision it would be taken over by the state in which case you should ask if bureaucrats are as capable at investing the wealth back into society as the oligarchs were. History suggests no.

Hypothetically they would be replaced by other oligarchs because most people want to feel someone that knows what he's doing is on top and governs them like cattle

Jokes aside, here's your black pill:
The people never have the power. Only the illusion of it. And here's the real secret: they don't want it. The responsibility is too great to bear. It's why they're so quick to fall in line as soon as someone takes charge. They want to be told what to do. They yearn for it.
