So this is how it goes.
Quran:
The Quran came from divine revelation, according to Islamic belief, where God revealed His words to the Prophet Muhammad through the Archangel Gabriel. This process began in 610 CE in a cave on Mount Hira near Mecca and continued over the next 23 years until Muhammad's death. These revelations were orally transmitted, and after his death, Muhammad's followers compiled them into the holy book of Islam.
Basically means what God told to mohmmad.
Hadith
Hadith are vital in Islam as a source of guidance, providing context and practical application for the Quran's principles, and serving as a secondary source for Islamic law and ethics alongside the Quran. They offer detailed explanations of religious duties, like prayer, and illustrate the Prophet Muhammad's Sunnah, or way of life, which guides Muslims in their personal and social conduct.
Hadith is what prophet Mohammed did. It's written by his followers who observed his life.
Both are important.
